Alex Shives Memorial Golf Tournament
Register now for the Alex Shives Memorial Golf Tournament on July 31st at 1:45 PM at Eagle Hills!
Format: Four-person scramble
Cost: $75 per player or $300 per team
Includes: 18 holes of golf, cart rental and lunch

How to Register:
1) Have one member of your foursome email Chris Shives at shivescr@gmail.com to reserve your spot.
2) Pay for your team….golfers can pay as a foursome or individually

When paying, you will have the option to pay for the foursome ($300), hole sponsor ($100) or just for yourself ($75)
All proceeds from the Alex Shives Memorial Golf Tournament will go to support the Alex Shives Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Alex Shives Memorial Fund, funds established at Midlands Community Foundation. Midlands Community Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) and is a public charity. FEIN: 51-0191738
