- Monday 3/2: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; President’s Reception 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
- Tuesday 3/3: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Light Dinner 5:30-7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 3/4: Teardown by 12:00 p.m. (NASDVA members leave for Capitol Hill at 8:15 a.m.)
Deadline to register for the conference and hotel is January 27, 2026. Registration fee is non-refundable after January 27, 2026. Sponsorship does not include hotel stay.
