The purpose of the fund is to support the current and future needs of the Museum of Windmill Science and Engineering Fund. These funds will go towards the start-up costs to create a 501(c)(3) for the Museum, along with the professional fees necessary to create site plans, proformas and other diligence materials, and the actual development, construction, maintenance, and upkeep of the Museum.
