President
Rick Iske has been a member of the MCF Board of Directors since 2015. Each member of the MCF Board serves on one or more committees to assist in event planning, community awareness, fundraising, and processing grant requests. In addition to his role as President of the Board, Rick currently serves on MCF’s Executive, Nominating, and Events Committees and is the liaison to the Springfield Community Foundation. “I am honored to serve as President of MCF. Through my years on the MCF Board, I have had the privilege of working with our dedicated board members, staff, and generous donors who help fulfill MCF’s mission in Sarpy and Cass counties. Together, we have been able to make a meaningful impact on the lives of countless individuals and organizations within our community. I am committed to continuing our mission and look forward to continuing this important work.”
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While in college, Rick began his farming career in Douglas County before moving to Sarpy County where he established Coyote Creek Farms, Inc., a corn/soybean farming business. In 1994, Rick established Rick Iske Insurance, a crop risk management company where he currently serves as president and licensed agent to clients in 15 counties in Nebraska and five counties in Iowa. Rick has served on the National Rain & Hail Society Board, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Council, Gretna Cooperative Board of Directors, and Springfield Fire Department Board of Trustees.
